SpaceJobs. Now is a free job board for the space industry. It lists the open roles at about 150 space companies, from launch providers such as SpaceX, Blue Origin, Rocket Lab and Firefly Aerospace to satellite makers, ground station operators, NASA and the major aerospace primes, about 18,000 roles at any time. Every listing is read every hour from the employer’s own hiring system, so a closed role disappears quickly and a new one appears the same day.

Each role shows what the posting itself says: the posted pay when the employer states it, the location or whether it is remote, the kind of work (propulsion, avionics, mechanical and structures, flight software, manufacturing, test, quality, mission operations, business and programs), and who may apply, including US person status under export rules where a posting asks for it. Job seekers can browse by employer, profession, US state, country, internships and roles that need no degree.

The site also publishes pay data by employer and profession, guides on getting into the space industry, and a list of internships and co-ops with their posted pay (more than 1,100 open, median $28.99 an hour). Job seekers apply on the employer’s own site; making a free profile opens the employer’s application and matches roles to their experience. There is no fee to job seekers, ever.
